On this week’s episode, Bryson and Alex discuss the end of the Grizzlies' season in game six. Starting with the poor performance overall and specifically how all of the big three struggled in the biggest game of the season.

Next, we move on to the off-season and talk about what the Grizzlies need moving forward. Starting with a replacement for Dillon Brooks, who will not be returning next season, along with who else the Grizzlies should look at free agency. How should the Grizzlies' Front office change their mindset going forward?  We discuss how they will approach the draft and draft picks as they move into a new stage of development as a team.

Embrace Debate: The Grizzlies caught the injury bug at the wrong time this season. Coming into the playoffs Steven Adams and Brandon Clarke were already out, Ja then reinjured his hand in game one, and Kennard missed game six with a shoulder. The injuries became too much for Memphis to overcome with a depleted bench unit.

Kleiman Corner: Zach Kleiman is heralded as one of the best general managers in basketball but had a few misses that led to that short, inexperienced bench in the playoffs. Draft trades sent out ROY candidate Walker Kessler and bench scorer De'Anthony Melton. Acquiring Kennard was a step in the right direction to address shooting concerns but it was only the first step to what might be a roster overhaul in the summer.

Player Grades: The guys give out their grades for Memphis' top players this season.

In the next segment, the Starting 5 discussed what one roster move they would like to see the Grizzlies either make or at least pursue in the off-season, not including the potential departure of Dillon Brooks.

Speaking of Dillon Brooks, to close the show, the Starting 5 gave their final (hopefully) goodbyes to the player who has spent the last six years with the Grizzlies. Dillon Brooks has been a polarizing figure, to say the least, and with his free agency pending, it seems that now is the time for both he and the Memphis Grizzlies to go their separate ways.

In Embrace Debate, Dave and Matt share their thoughts on Ja Morant's impending return. The length of his suspension may have been the right amount of time, but was it enough for Ja to really change his behavior? Matt deep dives into Ja's sit down with Jalen Rose and Dave believes Ja needs to have his priorities in order before he returns.

In Kleiman Corner, the guys grade the Luke Kennard trade and revisit some other trades around the league. Kennard has added much-needed shooting and spacing to the Grizzlies' offense but he may not be fully acclimated just yet. He could see added minutes by the time the postseason rolls around but his defense could make him a liability if opposing teams hunt him on that end of the floor. The team that won the deadline so far? The Los Angeles Lakers, just in time for a playoff push.

What's Hot and What's Not? The 76ers have been the hottest team in basketball going back to the start of the year while the Denver Nuggets have hit a tailspin. It's flipped the MVP race on its head and left Matt wondering if Denver is beatable on the way through the West. Dave is cold on the League Pass lineup as tanking season takes hold.

New Segment Alert. The guys wrap up the show with their Crystal Ball segment, predicting seeding for the Playoffs. Matt is still waiting on the Heat to move up the Eastern Conference standings. Dave has the Grizzlies reclaiming sole possession of the two-seed. One thing is for certain, this could be the most wide-open the playoffs have been in years.
